Hedrich Blessing Photo Exhibit

The photograph is an exploratory tool for architecture. It is a graphic medium that allows one to visually reinterpret the built environment. As our minds become more architecturally focused we begin to pick up on image making and composition forming ideas whether it is a building, sculpture, painting, or photograph. With that said, it seemed logical that architecture students give much care to the making of a photograph. In order to enable students to express their ideas about the built environment and framing a composition, How do you see? Serves an expressive role in the continuing dialogue of architecture and photography.

While still in school myself and two friends of mine put on an annual photo exhibit within the School of Architecture. The second annual exhibit was juried by world renowned architectural photography studio Hedrich Blessing.
